'LAYOVER' is BTS' V first solo album.It consists of an album of six tracks, in which V chose to mix R&B and '70s romantic soul style.LAYOVER comes with 5 music videos in which V expressed his art and love for music.With this album, V reveals new sides of his personnality and emotions.The album will be out on Friday, September 8, 2023 (KST) on every platform, along with the music video for the focus track called 'Slow Dancing'.

V or Kim TaeHyung debuted his career in 2013 with his band BTS. His positions are singer and dancer. He is also a songwriter and producer.Beside his group, V also made OSTs such as 'Christmas Tree', 'Sweet Night' or 'It's Definitely You'. Not only that, V released songs on SoundCloud called "Winter Bear", "Snow Flower","Scenery" and "4 O' Clock." Which makes him the most streamed Korean act on SoundCloud.V has an important role in music, but also in fashion. In fact, he is Celine's global ambassador and also Cartier's one. He was also featured on many magazine's cover such as ELLE Korea, W Korea, Vogue Korea, ARENA or POP UK.On August 8th 2023, V announced his first solo album called "LAYOVER". His agency described it as a R&B / old sounds project. V is the first member of his group to offer a project like this.

Streaming helps us to show our support to V, but also to give the songs exposure. The more it charts well, the more it will attract people.⇨ how can we stream?
Streaming can be different depending on the platform but usually you stream while using a playlist. You need to act like a human, that means you have to engage with the platform by liking or unliking the song/video/comment, skipping, pausing etc. YOU CAN'T USE VPN, you need to stream from your own I.P. You can use 2/3 accounts per I.P.⇨ what's the more efficient way to stream?
You need 3 accounts, first use the first one and stream 20x (with a good playlist) the song, then when you finished use the second one and do the same thing, then the last one.⇨ how my streams affect the charts?
If you're from the USA, your streams will affect billboard hot100, billboard global 200, US Itunes Top Seller, US and Global Spotify etc. If you're outisde of the USA, your streams will affect billboard global 200 and billboard global 200 ex. US but also Global Itunes Top Seller, Global Top Spotify and your local charts too.

Your spotify's playlist needs to include at least 20x the song. Not only that, you need at least 2 fillers songs between your focused track(s).For example :

APPLE MUSIC
The filtering rate on apple music is lower than on Spotify, that's the reason you can use only 1 filler song in your playlist. But again, do not use the same fillers songs over and over again but use different ones.YOUTUBE
For YouTube, you need to search manually for the music video (first 24 hours only). After Day 1 passed, you can use queues and playlists.PANDORA
Pandora is only available in the USA but has an important impact on the charts. Its filtering rate is very low, and you don't need any filler to stream.

Shazaming a song is important so that we can get more radio play and so for charts.TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM
Good exposure on these apps can give a huge push to songs. It also counts as SNS points on music shows.ITUNES AND AMAZON (digital buying platforms)
All these platforms count for billboard charts. With billboard's new rules, we need to create multiple accounts, by using different emails, so we can buy the same song but multiple time. A lot of platforms offer a premium option. Having a premium account is very important because premium stream weight more on charts than free streams.STATIONHEAD AND SCENER
With these two platforms, people host streaming parties that you can join. Stationhead is for Spotify and Apple Music (only premium accounts) and Scener is for YouTube. With billboard's new rules, billboard no longer counts digital download singles from artist webstores (D2C) towards the Hot 100. But it's still possible to buy single CD, those sales will count towards billboard charts.
